Important changes to the Investment Partners Managed Portfolios

This email provides you with the required 30 days’ notice and sets out the key changes that may impact your account. Please refer to the Mason Stevens Super Product Disclosure Document (PDS) and the Mason Stevens Additional Information Guide (AIG) for further information.

When will the changes take place?

30 September 2026

Closure of Investment Partners Managed Portfolios 

We are writing to notify you that effective 30 September 2026, the below portfolios will be closed to all members;

• Investment Partners Australian Equites
• Investment Partners High Growth Australian Equities
• Investment Partners Global Equities

Diversa Trustees Limited, as Trustee of the Mason Stevens Super Fund, has decided to close the portfolios to new and additional investment, due to underperformance relative to each portfolio's assigned benchmark over an extended period of time.

Upon the closure of the portfolios on 30 September 2026, all underlying assets you hold in any of the above portfolios will be moved to your self-directed portfolio. There will be no cost for this transfer.

What does this mean for you?

Whilst there is no action required from you, we recommend you engage with your financial adviser to discuss this change as required. You and your financial adviser may elect to switch your current investment prior to the closure of the above portfolios on 30 September 2026.
