Effective 27 August 2026, an Operational Risk Financial Reserve (ORFR) Levy will be applicable to your Mason Stevens Super account.
What is the reason for the change?
The ORFR is a regulatory requirement for all Superannuation funds. It is designed to protect members by ensuring the Fund has sufficient financial resources available if an operational risk event occurs. Ensuring the Fund maintains an appropriate level of protection for all members is at the forefront of this decision.
What is the new ORFR Levy from 27 August 2026?
Effective from 27 August 2026, an ORFR Levy of 0.03% p.a. will apply on all Mason Stevens Super accounts, capped at $300 p.a. per account.
This levy will be reflected in the ongoing fees and costs applicable to your Mason Stevens Super account and will be used solely to build and maintain this reserve.
