Important changes to the HNW Planning Managed Portfolios

**This email provides you with the required 30 days’ notice and sets out the key changes that may impact your account. Please refer to the updated MPDD for further details, which should be read in conjunction with the Mason Stevens Super Product Disclosure Document (PDS).**

When will the changes take place?

4 March 2024

Termination of HNW Planning Managed Portfolios

We are writing to notify you, effective 4 March 2024, the below portfolios will be closed to all members;

• HNW Defensive 10/90 Managed Portfolio
• HNW Growth 90/10 Managed Portfolio

Upon the closure of the portfolios on 4 March 2024, all underlying assets you hold in any of the above portfolios will be switched to a self-directed portfolio established on your behalf. There will be no cost for this transfer.

What does this mean for you?

Whilst there is no action required from you, we recommend you engage with your financial adviser to discuss this change as required. You and your financial adviser may elect to switch your current investment prior to the closure of the above portfolios on 4 March 2024.
