Important changes to the Blue Harbour Financial Partners Managed Portfolios

**This email provides you with the required 30 days’ notice and sets out the key changes that may impact your account. Please refer to the updated MPDD for further details, which should be read in conjunction with the Mason Stevens Super Product Disclosure Document (PDS).**

When will the changes take place?

Termination of Blue Harbour Financial Partners Managed Portfolios

We are writing to notify you, effective 30 June 2024, the below portfolios will be closed to all members;

• BH 70 Managed Portfolio
• BH 90 Managed Portfolio

Upon the closure of the portfolios on 30 June 2024, the underlying holdings and any remaining cash held within the Portfolio will be transferred into your Self-Directed Portfolio. There will be no cost for this transfer.
